Abia Government Organizes Capacity Training For Newly Recruited Teachers

The Abia State government through the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education has scheduled a 6 day capacity training exercise for the newly recruited teachers.

A statement on Friday by the Honourable Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Elder Goodluck Ubochi said teachers deployed under
ASUBEB for primary school will hold from 25th to 30th August, 2025 while those taken under ASUBEB for Junior and SEMB Senior Secondary will take place from Ist to 6th September, 2025.

The statement puts the venues at Abayi Girls Secondary school Umuocham ,Aba and Federal Government Girls Secondary School Umuahia.

It further advised all participants to visit the portal to select their preferred training centre and download their admitance card.
