Abia Govt To Pay N25,000 Transportation Allowance To Newly Recruited Teachers

Governor Alex Otti of Abia State has approved the immediate payment of twenty five thousand naira (N25,000) each to all the newly recruited teachers who participated in the just concluded orientation.

A press statement released by the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education and signed by the Honorable Commissioner, Elder Goodluck Ubochi said the payment is meant for transportation and logistics.

The release further advised participants to log on to the recruitment portal via ministry’s website, www.mobse-abiastategov.ng to provide their bank details for payments.
