Sir Emmanuel Otti Pours Encomiums on Governor Otti at 61

The Abia State Chairman of the Labour Party, Chief Sir Emmanuel Otti has poured encomiums on the Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti on the celebration of his 61st birthday.

In a statement on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, Sir Emmanuel Otti spared no stone in showering praises on the governor whom he described as a visionary leader.

Sir Emmanuel Otti celebrated what he termed “commitment to good governance, infrastructure development, and people-centered policies”, which he said has transformed Abia state.
