Chief Emeka Kalu Felicitates with Governor Otti on His Birthday

Chief Emeka Kalu has joined the rest of the world to celebrate the governor of Abia State Dr Alex Otti on his 61st birthday.

In his good will message on Wednesday, Chief Kalu described Governor Otti as a silent achiever, whose development trajectory is beyond the imagination of the opposition.

Chief Kalu commended Governor Otti for what he called a giant stride in the development of infrastructure, health, education, commerce, industry and every other aspect of the state’s economy.

The Labour Party Chieftain prayed for God’s blessings, continued sustenance, health and insight to lead the state to a new height.
