Senator T. A. Orji Celebrates Governor Otti at 61

A former governor of Abia State, Distinguished Senator Theodore Ahamefule Orji (Ochendo) has congratulated His Excellency, Dr Alex Otti, the Executive Governor of Abia State on his birthday.
