An Abia born business mogul, Chief Emeka Kalu has vehemently asserted that 2027 elections in Abia North will be between Abians and those who held them down for many years.

The Labour Party Chieftain stressed that Abia North is “not for sale” to the highest bider, warning that any attempt by any person or group of persons to manipulate election outcomes will be met with high resistance.

“The next election in 2027 will be between Abians and those who held them down for many years. People can now breath fresh air. They won’t let you decide for them”.

He maintained that Abia North has experienced infrastructure decay and negligence by what he described as “absence of political will” to develop the zone.

Chief Kalu lamented that those who represented the zone at the National Assembly have made merchandise of the people, weaponizing political rhetoric to continuously deceive the people.

“For many years now, the people of Abia North have been deceived by these old politicians who have lied to our people”.

“I want to make it clear that Abia North is no longer for sale to the highest bider. We are going to change the narrative in Abia North in 2027”.

“The idea of rewriting results and manipulating election outcomes is now a thing of the past. We are wiser now. Our people have seen the difference. They now understand that nothing is impossible where there is a will”.

“I want to warn politicians that the vote of Abia North is not for sale”, he said.
