Abia Holds Business Roundtable March 5
The business community in Nigeria will converge on Umuahia, the Abia State capital, for a business roundtable tagged: “Government Meets Business,” being hosted by the state government on Thursday, March 5th, 26th.
The event, scheduled for the International Conference Center, Umuahia, will bring together business leaders from across Nigeria, providing a platform for them to discuss issues of common interest with government officials.
Director-General of Abia State Public-Private Partnership and Investment Promotion Authority, Mr. Chinedun Chijioke, stated that the roundtable seeks to create a collaborative structure for the business community to shape government policies and address challenges facing the community.
“We want to provide an enabling environment for businesses to thrive,” Chijioke said, adding, “we are drawing businesses from various sectors and classes, and we encourage all to participate.”
The event promises to highlight investment potentials in Abia State, with government officials outlining incentives and opportunities for businesses.
Chijioke told newsmen in Umuahia that registration is open via a Google form link, which can be obtained by sending a WhatsApp message to 0808 660 8448. The event is expected to attract major companies, including banks.
